Investment & Fees

Choosing to invest in your well-being and your relationships is a significant step. I believe that finding the right therapist requires absolute clarity, which is why I am upfront and transparent about my fees and approach from day one.

Services & Rates

  • 15-Minute Consultation: Free

  • 50-Minute Session (Individual or Couples): $150

  • 75-Minute Extended Couples Session: $200

Note: Extended sessions are often incredibly beneficial for couples work and may be recommended based on our clinical goals and progress.

Frequency & Commitment

To maintain therapeutic momentum, promote meaningful progress, and ensure continuity of care, I work with clients on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Meeting less frequently often turns sessions into a "weekly recap" rather than a space for active healing and strategy.

Accessibility & Sliding Scale

I believe therapy should be accessible and maintain a limited number of sliding scale spots in my practice. I currently have one sliding scale opening available. Please reach out directly to discuss financial accommodations.

Insurance

I accept Medicaid.

I can provide you with a receipt or “superbill” for you to request reimbursement from your insurance if you receive out-of-network benefits.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance or you will be charged the full rate of the session.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services (including psychotherapy services). You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including your psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
